What is a “Multiparty Matter”?
A Multiparty matter is designed for sharing a matter with opposing parties, a mediator, or the courts. We have enhanced the way Multiparty Matters function, making their use more effective for multi-party disputes.
A Multiparty Matter has two primary document areas: a shared area where briefs and court books can be created, and a private, dedicated work area for each party involved.
